Since five years HTMi, Hotel and Tourism Management Institute has been a proud sponsor of the Thai Food & Culture Festival in Zürich. At the 10thanniversary of the festival on Friday, 17thAugust 2018, HTMi sent eight excellent students to manage the food & beverage operation of the opening ceremony of the festival for over 100 VIP guests. The main speakers for the Opening Ceremony were His Excellency Mr. Chakri Srichawana, Ambassador of the Royal Embassy of Thailand to Switzerland and Mr. Mark Eberli, Mayor of the City of Bülach.
Switzerland`s biggest Thai Food & Culture Festival takes place every August and is meant to represent the wealth of Thailand for the visitors. Guests and visitors could enjoy approximately 60-market stands and experience the culinary diversity of Thailand, while they enjoy the various Thai cultural programs, such as concerts, traditional dance shows, Thai kickboxing, authentic folk music and other entertainment shows
