HTMi is a World Association of Chefs accredited culinary centre offering world-class culinary education, training, and career planning. The team is led by Chef Andy Kurfurst, WACS certified judge, and world champion chef. Two more excellent chefs make up the leadership team: Food and Beverage Manager, Michelle Schuster and Head of Academics, Jack Iveson.
The HTMi Swiss Hotel School Culinary Centre has two high tech fully equipped kitchens equipped with fine dining, banqueting and VIP reception catering areas.
