APIIT Partners with HTMi Switzerland and APU Malaysia to Bring World-Class Swiss Hospitality Education to Sri Lanka

In a landmark collaboration redefining hospitality education in Sri Lanka, APIIT Sri Lanka has joined hands with HTMi Hotel and Tourism Management Institute, Switzerland, and the Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU), Malaysia, to offer globally recognised Swiss qualifications in Hotel and Tourism Management. The partnership was officially launched on 15 July 2025, at a ceremony attended by global dignitaries, including H.E. Dr. Siri Walt, Ambassador of Switzerland to Sri Lanka. Through this alliance, students can begin their studies at APIIT and earn internationally recognised HTMi Certificates, Diplomas, and Higher Diplomas, with flexibility to advance to the BSc Degree at either HTMi Switzerland or in APU Malaysia.
