Entry requirements:
MBA/MSc Admissions: 20+ years old, culinary, business or hospitality degree or Postgraduate Diploma or 3 years comprehensive culinary experience

Age requirements: 20 and above

Language proficiency: TOEFL 547 or IELTS 6.0 or equivalent HTMi English Placement Test Score.

PgD English language proficiency IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
MBA/MSc English language proficiency IELTS 6 or equivalent

Students’ suitability for the course will be supported by a Motivation Letter / Statement of Purpose to describe why the student is selecting this course and how it fits into the future career plan (also part of the visa documents). This will also form part of an interview by HTMi Admissions/Marketing Group.

Students who successfully complete the programme will be awarded with the Postgraduate Diploma in Culinary Management by HTMi Hotel and Tourism Management Institute.

Graduation:

MBA/MSc students need to complete a dissertation to be awarded the MBA in Culinary Management by HTMi Hotel and Tourism Management Institute and MSc in Hospitality Management by Edinburgh Napier University.

Students will write a dissertation of between 10,000 – 14,000 words on a topic of international importance supervised directly by HTMi either online (not at HTMi Campus) or on campus if students decide to do the Master’s Dissertation Course. The dissertation allows each masters student to focus on a particular part of the international hotel and tourism industry, in which they are interested in starting their career.

Masters students may choose to join the optional Dissertation Course at HTMi Campus, following the completion of the taught course.
