Out of the all existing Hospitality schools in Switzerland, the popular Swiss watch brand, Breitling, for the third time picked HTMi as the main school to help its cordiality exercises at Basel World 2015, the world’s biggest watch and jewellery show.

Breitling organized amazing evening entertainment all around this current year’s Basel World 2015 from 19th to 26th March 2015, where the VIPs, agents and wholesalers of Breitling were welcomed every night to an Asian-themed atmosphere which was created throughout five different countries: China, Indochin, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand.

Comprising of one large hall and clubs, the main exhibition room was amazingly organized and decorated according to the theme. The 600 welcomed guests each evening took part in remarkable shows and dazzling shows, where the food and beverage menu and in addition the outfits of all staff reflected the chosen themes of the various countries.

Our students faced a challenging experience, working closely together with industry experts and Michelin-Star chefs. The occasion was exceptionally fruitful and Katherine Wang, Jillian Nguyen, Mervin Tham, Felix Sun, Ingrid Foo, Hayato Ichikawa, Aom Kudkanya and Diego Torres Lara did a fabulous job, leaving executives extremely pleased and satisfied by all HTMi students’ professional behaviour, attitude and work ethics.

At the same time during the Basel World Exhibition, another HTMi Graduate, Arseny Beloborodov was selected to act as the personal assistant and butler to Mr. Jacob Arabo, owner of Jacob & Co. at their exhibition stand. Jacob & Co. produces jewellery and watches worn by many of Hollywood’s famous stars.

We thank all our HTMi students for their outstanding professionalism in upholding the HTMi standards of excellence and due to their hard work have been invited back again to the Breitling ID Club Event in 2016.
