In my previous job as a Guest Relation Officer, I took care of VIP guests, besides assisting all hotels guests with required information. Take care of Executive Lounge – private area, where we cooperate a lot with F&B, so I need to assure smooth operations there on a daily basis. I’m responsible for arranging amenities for all guests, in case there are any special occasions, we surprising the guest. I conduct show around (my favourite task). I also handle complaints, which is not the nicest part, however the goal is to make all guests happy. Definitely, Guest Relations – an interesting part of the front Office! I recently changed hotel group to Marriot international as Sales and Marketing Executive and I am now fully enjoying this new challenge!
