Academic Semester – 20 Weeks (2 X Blocks – 10 weeks)

Paid Internship in Switzerland or Worldwide (4-6 Months)

Admissions

Intakes: January, April, August, October.

Entry requirements:

Minimum age of 18 years

Completed secondary school education (International high school diploma or equivalent), or IB Diploma, IBCP Diploma, Maturité, Abitur, French Bac, 3 A-levels, min 2C’s, International high school diploma or equivalent).

Direct entry options or credit transfer options to Year 1 are available for IBCP, IBDP and BTEC Candidates.

All applications will be considered on an individual basis

Language proficiency:

Year 3 UU Degree: English language proficiency IELTS 6 or equivalent

Students’ suitability for the course will be supported by a Motivation Letter / Statement of Purpose to describe why the student is selecting this course and how it fits into the future career plan (also part of the visa documents). This will also form part of an interview by HTMi Admissions/Marketing Group.

Graduation:

Students who successfully complete the programme will be awarded with the Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Arts Business by HTMi Hotel and Tourism Management Institute.

Regulated by the Swiss Kanton of Luzern Government Dept of Education for the provision of quality standards in adult education.
