We got to know Ms. Apatoczky as a linguistically skilled, committed and diligent employee, who was interested and open to learn new things. She brought some practical experience with her and due to her education at the HTMi, hotel management school, specialist knowledge and working techniques were already readily available with her.
Due to her pleasant manner, she was able to look after and serve the guests without any problems. It was nice to see how she became more and more secure and independent and developed herself in a short time. Even in hectic times she encouraged organized and structured work and contributed to a pleasant working atmosphere.
Ms. Apatoczky had a problem-solving way of thinking, was quick to grasp and completed her tasks efficiently and accurately. She was always careful with working materials and utensils, clean and with care. She carried out the work assigned to her to our complete satisfaction.
Ms. Apatoczky completed her internship at Bürgenstock Hotels AG on November 30, 2019 and continued her studies at the HTMi, Hotel & Tourism Management Institute in Sörenberg, Switzerland.
