Ms Paula-Maria Toma, Food & Beverage Service Intern at The President Wilson Hotel in Geneva.
Throughout her internship, Ms Toma had the opportunity to familiarize herself with the service in our “Glow” bar, where she had the main missions: setting up the bar and the room, serving at customers, billing and collection of consumption, maintenance of equipment and closing of the point of sale.
We found Ms. Toma as a Discreet, efficient and organized individual. Ms Toma showed great interest in the tasks entrusted to her and showed an excellent attitude in all circumstances. We are particularly keen to note her outgoing nature, her good stress management and her sense of service.
She was unanimously appreciated by her work colleagues and superiors as well as by our international clientele for her availability, her courtesy and her very good team spirit. Ms Toma left us at the end of her internship, free of any commitment to us, except that related to professional secrecy.
