HTMi would like to congratulate our graduate Ms. Yena Catherine Jung on recently being nominated and selected as a finalist for the Derek Fenn Award. As part of the 25th Anniversary of Les Clefs d’Or New Zealand the society has introduced the Derek Fenn Award. This award is to recognise outstanding individual Hotel Concierge team members. Yena is currently working as Concierge Supervisor at the five-star luxury Sofitel Viaduct Harbour Auckland in New Zealand. The winner will be announced at the Concierge Ball on 2nd June 2019.
