Sörenberg Concepts Certificate Level – A business game between the first year student groups. They have to develop a restaurant concept. They have to develop website, floor plan, application, menus etc. Our Sörenberg Concepts and Enterprise projects help develop essential managerial skills of teamwork, research and presentation skills, plus the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and thinking outside the box. We inspire our students to develop concepts for the hospitality industry and enhance their knowledge of what is happening in the industry right now.
