Mr. Guerdeniz’s main areas of responsibility included the preparation of Hot and Cold dishes for our breakfast buffet as well as live cooking station at our breakfast in compliance with the HACCP guidelines for the kitchen.

Employer satisfaction levels steadily on the rise

In order to understand the opinions of employers, both in Switzerland and internationally, The Centre for Career Management at HTMi Switzerland regularly collects and analyses data from sources such as work certificates and recommendation letters provided to students.

Analyzing this data from August 2019 onwards, it was verified that employer satisfaction levels have been steadily on the rise since then, reaching now an overall level of 94% of satisfaction.

The team in the Centre for Career Management attributes this recent progression of 5.7% to the efforts of HTMi Switzerland’s community in terms of grooming standards and professional behavior and attitude trainings conducted by faculty and staff members.

Appropriate language trainings at all levels also play an important role in guaranteeing students continue to be an asset to employers, ensuring their consistent recruiting of the institute’s students.

Even amidst the COVID-19 crisis, employability rates for HTMi Switzerland’s graduates remain positively noteworthy as well, with a 93% rate of full-time employment six months after graduation.

Mr. Kaung worked with us in the F&B department and his main areas of responsibility were Breakfast service, à la carte service, buffet service and back of house services. Mr. Kaung executed his duties and responsibilities to our fullest satisfaction.

Mr. Kaung always worked carefully, accurately and efficiently and despite lot of work he always had an overview of things whilst showing high willingness to perform. His excellent language skills (Burmese & English) was highly useful in the workplace.
