Ms. Su Thazin Htun (Katherine) F&B Service Trainee at the Gasthof Rössli in Escholzmatt, Switzerland.

Ms. Htun’s main areas of responsibility were F&B service processes, collection, adoption to hygiene regulations, operational security and maintenance work at our 4 different restaurants having a capacity of 172 seats.

Ms. Htun worked carefully, quickly, precisely and was always ready to learn new things. In hectic situations, she remained calm, friendly and always kept an overview of the things happening around. She handled the materials and facilities entrusted to her carefully.

Ms. Htun was always friendly and respectful to her superiors and guests.  The tasks assigned to her were completed to our satisfaction. Ms. Htun left us at the end of her internship contract to continue her studies at the HTMi hotel school in Sörenberg.
