Employer satisfaction levels steadily on the rise
In order to understand the opinions of employers, both in Switzerland and internationally, The Centre for Career Management at HTMi Switzerland regularly collects and analyses data from sources such as work certificates and recommendation letters provided to students.
Analyzing this data from August 2019 onwards, it was verified that employer satisfaction levels have been steadily on the rise since then, reaching now an overall level of 94% of satisfaction.
The team in the Centre for Career Management attributes this recent progression of 5.7% to the efforts of HTMi Switzerland’s community in terms of grooming standards and professional behavior and attitude trainings conducted by faculty and staff members.
Appropriate language trainings at all levels also play an important role in guaranteeing students continue to be an asset to employers, ensuring their consistent recruiting of the institute’s students.
“We are delighted to come to HTMi again!”, said Ms. Donata Caillé, Recruitment & Career Supervisor at A-ROSA Cruises, who frequently attends the on-campus recruitment fairs
Even amidst the COVID-19 crisis, employability rates for HTMi Switzerland’s graduates remain positively noteworthy as well, with a 93% rate of full-time employment six months after graduation.
