“We Will be Happy to Re-employ HTMi Students” – Employer Satisfaction Report Fall 2021

The Centre for Career Management at HTMi Switzerland is delighted to announce yet another increase in student recognition amongst top Hospitality employers. Continuing the upward trend since 2018, HTMi students now reach a global employer satisfaction level of 92.3%, previously 90.1% (see Employer Satisfaction Report – Fall 2021).

Moreover, the probability of employers re-hiring the same students in the future remains at 94.6% and the probability of employers recommending HTMi students to other employers increases to the all-time high of 96.8%.

The HTMi focus on value inculcation, such as professional behaviour and excellent grooming, and our motto “Come as a Student, Become a Manager” guarantee students’ success and recognition.
