Ms. Lilyana Gligorova, Food & Beverage Trainee at the Astoria Hotel in Luzern, Switzerland.
Ms. Gligorova was a friendly and loyal employee and thanks to her polite and cheerful manners, she became very popular with our domestic and international guests. She was always highly appreciated by her superiors as she carried out all tasks with high professionalism.
Her main areas of responsibility were Buffet service, breakfast service, back of house and food runner. We were highly satisfied with the work and dedication of Ms. Gligorova that we extended her internship to an extra month.
