HTMi is located in Soerenberg in the world famous beautiful UNESCO Biosphere of Canton Luzern, Central Switzerland. It is one of Switzerland’s most beautiful resorts, 40 minutes by public transportation from Luzern City. Students reside, study and train in two picturesque, traditional Swiss hotels, which are furnished to a modern high quality standard, following a major investment completed in 2016, reflecting the best values of Swiss life. Students come from more than 40 countries to study hotel management the famous Swiss way. Our students study and train in a real hotel environment. Soerenberg is an excellent example of ecotourism, with tourism and nature in harmony in this most beautiful environment.

Each year our students mingle with tourists from more than 50 countries worldwide. In the summer they visit Soerenberg for its beautiful clean, green environment, when temperatures can average around 25 degrees centigrade. In winter they visit for the exciting and vibrant environment when Soerenberg becomes a ski and snowboarding resort.

From Zürich International Airport, purchase a ticket to “Sörenberg Schulhaus”, then take the train to the Zürich Hauptbahnhof (Zürich Main Station), then take the train to Luzern Hauptbahnhof, then take the train towards Bern, via Wolhusen, and get off at Schuepfheim (from Luzern it should be the train operated by the “BLS” company). Once at Schüpfhiem, board the yellow “Post” Bus to Sörenberg Schulhaus bus stop. The campus is a 2 minutes walk in the same direction.
